fragile things

new year and i have just managed to upload photos at flickr from christmas and stuff. what a busy year already. things to look forward to (and to dread in some ways):

• dialysis machine at home instead of hospital
• bun being able to swim and shower again!
• kidney transplant
• new baby
• year off work

meanwhile, today is australia day. here are some photos of the beauty that is mine.

time is running out, soon a new babe will be on the scene. it's been so hot and i have one extremely swollen right ankle. it's been swollen for months and it's all bruised and weird. have had two ultrasounds on it, but nothin'. they think it might be a hairline fracture in my ankle/foot, but can't x-ray 'cause of baby blue. needless to say, hot, hugely pregnant and sausage foot are not making me happy. but bub and bunhead are. they sound so cute out there in the dining room.
